Please pray for my brother, Mark. In twelve hours he will report to prison for a crime he did not commit. Mark pleaded guilty because of threats made against his wife and daughter. His new lawyer is trying to get a stay granted from the judge, so he can then ask that my brother be allowed to serve his time at home. Please pray the judge will listen to his lawyer with and open heart and mind, and that the judge and prosecutor will allow Mark to serve his sentence at home with his family he was trying to protect.

He has some land but it does not have a house on it and he keeps some horses on it, they are sulphur spanish mustangs and are a rare breed of spanish mustangs that he was trying to help survive as pure spanish mustangs. He has his land up for sale, please pray that he can sell his land for the listed price and get back on his feet. I am a widow on a limited income and I have helped them all that I can, it breaks my heart that they will be homeless and I cannot do anything about it to hellp them.
